Foster Connection

How We Hire


No computers here, real humans will review your application for certain criteria.

Phone Intro

The hiring manager conducts a quick phone call to get to know you and align expectations.


Our interview process consists of three one-on-one interviews to learn about you and see if you are the best fit for the role.


Finalists may be asked to complete  a task to demonstrate their expertise. The task should only take a couple of hours to complete.


We make an offer to the candidate that we think is a bar raiser and the best fit for the role.
