There's a difference between working hard and working effectively. We're all too familiar with the feeling of having to run a hundred miles an hour just to keep up with the constant flow of incoming tasks. It would be hard not to lose your mind. How many sticky notes do you have on your desk? Are they haunting you in your sleep?
Let's be real. This sticky note doesn't remind you when a task needs to be completed. It lacks context. It's not visible to the rest of your team and it's surely not compliant.
What if you could take what you would typically write on a sticky note and add it right to your workflow? Let's open up the client card for Mr. Jones. We can easily add action items right to our workflows so we never have to track down another sticky note again. We can also reorder tasks if anything ever changes.
Let's add a description to give ourselves and our team members some context for when we come back to complete this task later. And to finish off, I'm going to add a reminder so I can set it and forget it. Now you can ensure that no client tasks will fall through the cracks.
