β€ŠThere's a difference between working hard and working effectively. We're all too familiar with the feeling of having to run a hundred miles an hour just to keep up with the constant flow of incoming tasks. It would be hard not to lose your mind. How many sticky notes do you have on your desk? Are they haunting you in your sleep?
