As a result, client data from Wealthbox is added into Hubly and, once a client record is created or updated in Hubly, the client’s information will instantly update in Wealthbox. Wealthbox takes a more structured approach to Workflow management, while Hubly is built to be flexible and customizable — allowing you to make changes to Workflows on the fly for individual clients needs. This is helpful for many Workflows detailing key financial planning and advice processes, where every client's needs are different.

Hubly allows you to easily record these changes by customizing a workflow’s steps, as well as the order in which these steps need to be completed. Hubly also presents an overview of all of your ongoing work in progress, without needing to print out reports.

Can our Wealthbox CRM workflows be adapted to work in Hubly?

Yes, many new users choose to use their existing workflows as a starting point. When you begin with Hubly, our team works with you to identify which of the workflows that you already have in Wealthbox would make sense to migrate into Hubly. Our team then reviews these workflows for you and refines them with known best practices, while migrating them into Hubly.

Will Hubly allow us to keep building upon our client records built in Wealthbox CRM, or do we need to start from scratch?

We take what you already have in Wealthbox and build upon it to make it work for you in Hubly. We also have a function that allows you to instantly sync your client updates and work completed in Hubly, back to Wealthbox CRM.
